Privacy Policy

Summary

We take your privacy seriously. The information you share with us through this site is used only to help find appropriate senior care options for your family. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with third parties without your permission, and we do not use third-party tracking that fingerprints you.

What information we collect

When you submit our intake form, we collect the information you provide — your name, your relationship to the person needing care, limited information about the care recipient, your county, the type of care you are considering, your timeline, your preferred contact method, and any notes you choose to share.

We also record technical information about the submission (IP address, timestamp, and browser user-agent) so that we can investigate abuse of the form if it occurs.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Reach out to you and understand your family's situation
• Recommend appropriate senior care options
• With your permission, introduce you to specific senior care communities or providers
• Comply with legal obligations if we are required to produce records

How we store your information

Intake submissions are stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase in a United States region. Access is restricted to Apex staff. We default to a 24-month retention period for intake records; after that, records are either archived in an access- restricted form for legal/compliance purposes or deleted.

Data transmitted to and from this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics, which does not set tracking cookies and does not collect information that identifies you personally. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party session recording.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask us what information we have about you and how it has been used
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Request deletion of your information at any time
• Withdraw any consent you previously gave us

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any material changes will be noted at the top of the page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
